Muscle System Performance utilizes postural analysis, range of motion, and muscle responsiveness tests to evaluate an individual's ability to produce efficient muscle contraction. Loss of muscle contraction results in a decreased range of motion and strength, and therefore decreased physical performance and can lead to pain.

As a Muscle Mechanic, my job is to assess, analyze, treat, and optimize muscle performance. Healthy muscles means you can do all that physical stuff you want to, from walking up stairs to sprinting the length of the field.

How does it work?

Simple. Our process identifies weak and inactive muscles in your body that are causing uneven wear and tear, and excess inflammation of your joints.

Imagine your joints are like a bicycle wheel and the spokes are your muscles. In order for a bicycle wheel to function well, all the spokes must be strong or the integrity of the wheel suffers. What happens when you damage or remove spokes and ride your bicycle? The wheel begins to rely to heavily on fewer spokes and the wheel begins to breakdown under more pressure.

Likewise, your joint is held together and functions by the use of many muscles. When a muscles become inactive a many things can happen: the rest of the muscles must work harder to keep the joint stable, the joint becomes misaligned increasing wear, tear, discomfort, and pain.
