  • We start with an initial complimentary consultation, where we get to know each other and a taste of what is to come.
  • Followed by an initial assessment: We look at your posture, range of motion, isolated muscular strength, and your vision for what it is you wish to create.
  • After that, a personalized report of findings: We will review your assessment, comb through educational information to guide your decision making process, and go over your personal plan.
  • Finally, on to the gym floor: Each session is tailored to the individual for a unique exercise experience. Want a strong butt that pops? We can do that. Arms that have people ask, “have you been working out?” Sure, that too. Looking for a stronger body so you can rip it on the ice, court, or turf? Let’s build that too.

I have always been very active and did most of my training on my own along with some group classes. I had decided upon a recommendation to try personal training and was referred to Glen by Fit Studio’s.

I really had no idea what my potential was until I started doing the one on one training with Glen. It not only affected my physical strength but I also noticed that I was feeling more confident in general. As my confidence grew I began to think of what my training goals for the coming months would be and decided to jump right out of my comfort zone and do a figure competition in March of this year.

Glen immediately took the challenge and started to create a training plan. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t be in a place to make this decision to compete if I didn’t have such a great trainer.

Glen really takes time to listen to my needs. He has developed a training program that is challenging and keeps me on my toes. His incredible knowledge and his background as a strength and conditioning coach create challenging yet fun training sessions. Just the right mix of serious and funny.
